The diapers were on my doorstep at 1pm today

Just a quick update that my order of diapers from diapers.com was on my doorstep this afternoon when my husband left to go back to work. Not bad for free shipping! And the order was exactly as I expected.. I will definitely order again next time they have another sale!

Awesome Diaper Sale

Anyone who has little ones in diapers knows that diapers are one thing that have risen in price over the last few years, and it seems like the sale prices now a days don't even match the regular prices from a couple of years ago. Every once in a while the stars will align and there will be a great target coupon combined with a manufacturer coupon and sale at Target, but that doesn't happen very often anymore. Well if you understand all that you will understand why I was very excited to find this amazing sale on diapers at diapers.com. Here are the details of the deal, you can buy any brand of diapers they sell, but I will show you what I bought to get the cheapest price since we are not brand specific.

Go to diapers.com and add $49 or more of diapers to your cart. Most of the diapers are 20% off right now so the prices are pretty good. They offer free shipping 1-2 day shipping on orders of $49 or more, so no charge for shipping. There is a code for $10 off your first order (LXRI6943), and then once you order you can mail in your receipt and this form
in to get a rebate of 14.97 on your purchase. Oh and if you order by 6pm local time the diapers will be delivered to your door the next day. I ordered yesterday at 5 pm and my package is already our for delivery today.

Here is my order:

2 Luvs Jumbo Pack Diapers size 3 (40 diapers each) $7.99
1 Luvs Extra Large Case Diapers size 3 (204 diapers) $35.99

Total price $51.97
minus $10 off coupon on first order - LXRI6943

Total charge $41.97
minus $14.97 mail in rebate from Parenting magazine

Total after mail in rebate is only $27.00 for 284 diapers or only 9 cents a diaper! I haven't seen a deal like this for a long time! I'm a big nerd cause I'm really excited about my diaper deal! Even my hubby was impressed.

Welcome

I've been wanting to start a blog about all the amazing deals I find, but just haven't taken the time to do it until now. I am doing a seminar at church in March that the ladies titled "saving cents makes sense" and I decided that was finally enough motivation to start a new blog.

My plan for this blog is for it to be a one stop location to see all the deals I have found both online and locally. I will be highlighting sales from Hy-Vee, Fareway, Walgreens and Target along with another other deals I happen to come across. Be sure and check back regularly to get up to the minute deal alerts. I will also put my notes and comments from the "saving cents makes sense" seminar on here in March for a quick reference guide.
